What Can You Do About Company Culture?

The Babyboomers are very professional and career focused.

The GenX are geared towards family/work balance.

The Millenials are independent and technology savvy, moving toward freelancing and telecommuting.

What have you done to nurture the culture in your company? How much has culture been driven by the age/generation of the leadership?

Please feel free to share your thoughts in the comment form below. You can also share your thoughts on my post on Glassheel.
